[Company strength]
Our strong points include being an independent consignment company; our state-of-the-art facilities and skills; radio frequency product mounting and evaluating technology; cost flexibility; being responsive and prompt; accumulated skills and know-how gained through our relationships with many customers and end-users; and our integrated system to fulfill consigned projects (We design packages/mount or modularize bare chips, test products, and directly deliver the products). In addition, we opened our Eastern Japan Sales Office in 2016 to expand our sales capabilities. As for our production capabilities, we are able to offer a stable product supply since we have two production locations – one in Japan and the other called SMET, which is our subsidiary company in Thailand.


[Business description]
We have signed contracts with more than ten major Japanese companies for consigned development projects and are in charge of the entire process from development to mass production of semiconductors and semiconductor peripheral component parts. More specifically, we design products, select materials, design production procedures, design facilities, design assemblies, design inspections, design product quality standards, and evaluate reliability. We offer an integrated production service from product processing to final inspections and packaging and delivery, as a post-process service in the field of semiconductors. We thus realize the manufacturing of high-quality products.

[Representative's message]
We have been making efforts to increase the number of clients by participating in international exhibitions and opening our Eastern Japan Sales Office. We, however, are not widely known yet and often hear people say, "I didn't know there was such a company". We are thus made aware that we should make more publicity-related efforts. In this regard, we feel that J-GoodTech is important in giving us an opportunity to make our company better known. We also expect J-GoodTech to be useful when we select our suppliers.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We opened our Eastern Japan Sales Office last year to acquire new clients and to improve our customer support capabilities. Also, we were certified with TS16949 in September this year and are planning to enter the industry of in-vehicle products. We are planning to increase the ratio of development engineers working in our offices in Japan, so that we are better able to create products together with our customers. Similarly, we are planning to have every manufacturing employee of ours work as an engineer in order to shorten the time period required in the development stage. It is our hope to realize a company that can develop and produce trial pieces for 24 hours a day, 357 days a year. We will also work harder to achieve a 100% production yield so we can excel at cost competitiveness. We are aiming to be a manufacturing company that can eliminate losses caused by defective products while taking environmental impacts into consideration.
