[Company strength]
Imagine a case where a food processing equipment manufacturer is closed down or manufacturing is suspended, and no parts can be supplied to a production facility. Even in this case, we can repair and regenerate the facility so as to maintain production as before according to a budget. For this, we grasp the purpose, function and performance of mechanical devices, design and manufacture failed parts, and regenerate the mechanical device. We also design, develop and manufacture energy-saving and automation equipment. This includes combining production facilities from different manufacturers, and solving defects in product transfer. 


[Business description]
We maintain and repair production facilities, and also develop and manufacture energy-saving equipment and automation facilities, etc. mainly for food manufacturing plants. We jointly developed livestock barn-cleaning devices for dairy farmers in Iwate Prefecture, as well as universities, etc. We began to manufacture and sell cleaning devices eight years ago, and thus developed our market in the agricultural field. We actively conduct joint development with universities, public research organizations, private companies, etc., and succeeded in prototype development and productization. We are thus producing concrete results.

[Representative's message]
We conduct business by maintaining and repairing various mechanical devices. We also conduct development by making the most of our technologies. We have developed and manufactured livestock barn-cleaning devices, simple mobile cooking tables, and lid-closing mechanisms for bacon forming machines, etc. We think that demand for these devices is also high overseas. We conduct joint research with three universities and one research institute on the functional extension and numeric evaluation of introduction effect of the livestock barn-cleaning devices, expecting overseas business. We intend to develop these overseas markets in three years. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are now constructing a system for repair and regeneration services specializing in shaft system parts, such as main shafts, motor shafts, and bearing cases. We already finished prototype development and verification, and are now establishing an acceptance system in the soft phase, such as quality assurance. We will take advantage of this system to conduct transactions in new industries and regions via sales agencies and trading companies, in addition to current direct sales. We will thus develop new mechanical devices.
