[Company strength]
We conduct cleaning using the Ecolobeam method. This method is effective against dirt and graffiti of an unpaintable object, such as concrete, stone, tile and brick. We do not conceal dirt by painting. We can restore an object to the original surface of its base material. Recently inspection work is increasing as tunnels, bridge piers, and many other structures undergo service life elongation. Restoration to a clean base material surface is also effective as a pretreatment for accurate inspection. This method does not depend on weather, and can be used even in rainy weather. This method can be used at elevated locations only by using a high-lift work vehicle without setting up a scaffold. 


[Business description]
We mainly conduct high-pressure cleaning using the wet blast method. This method injects sodium bicarbonate together with hot water from a high-pressure nozzle to polish an object, avoiding damage as much as possible, while separating dirt from the object. Various objects can be cleaned by adjusting the amount of sodium bicarbonate and the pressure of hot water. Sodium bicarbonate is completely safe, has a low environmental burden, and has a Mohs hardness of 2.5 which is most suitable for cleaning. It does not damage the surface of a base material. It also has a scrubbing effect, and can remove dirt which has deeply infiltrated a porous material. It is weakly alkaline, and has oxidative, disinfectant and deodorant effects.

[Representative's message]
The Ecobeam method is a wet blast method which we derived from the technologies of automobile sheet metal painting which is the original business of our company. It can completely remove graffiti, oil stains, moss, mold, etc. It does not use a chemical or a detergent. It, therefore, is environmental burden free, and can be used in many cases. The point of this method is a blast system which uses high water temperatures of 140ºC and Sodium bicarbonate. It is lower in cost than repainting, and provides a beautiful finished surface. The advantage of our cleaning work is that no chemical is used. We conduct business with confidence, keeping it in mind that dirt which we cannot remove needs not be removed. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We promote the franchising of technologies of Ecolobeam, which is our registered trademark. Member stores are increasing. Cleaning work is conducted by member stores, and also by us. We directly visit customers in the suburbs of Kanto area, and conduct cleaning. We devote ourselves to our studies to develop original technologies under the slogan “Field First” so that we can flexibly respond to any material and any dirt. We established Special High Pressure Washing Association on December 1, 2016. Our members are studying with the aim of expanding the application of high-pressure cleaning using the Ecolobeam method.
