We are an integrated hot dip galvanizing company supporting social infrastructure.  


We have an integrated system that covers all the processes of hot dip galvanizing. We are the only company that can integrally perform both pretreatment and after-treatment of galvanizing. In pretreatment, we design and manufacture steel products. In after-treatment, we apply processing (straightening, heat treatment of screws, reaming, lead filling, and coating) and deliver (by ourselves). The main characteristic of our system is the integration. Thanks to the system, we can produce products in small lots and deliver them quickly.  In central Japan, we are the only company that undertakes hot dip galvanizing and that belongs to the Electroplating Association. We have the skills to integrally perform surface treatment, especially galvanizing, from consultation to product completion and delivery.

[Company strength]
Our strength is that we have an integrated hot dip galvanizing system. In such an integrated system, we perform both galvanizing pretreatment and after-treatment. In pretreatment, we design and manufacture steel products. In after-treatment, we apply processing (straightening, screw heat treatment, reaming, lead filling, and coating) and deliver (by ourselves). We are the only company that can perform all the process integrally. Thanks to the integrated system, we can make products in small lots and deliver them in a short time. This is our main characteristic and biggest advantage. In central Japan, we are the only company that undertakes hot dip galvanizing and that belongs to the Electroplating Association. We are especially excellent at galvanizing surface treatments. We offer an integral service relating to galvanizing from technical consultations to product completion and delivery. 


[Business description]
We are an integrated hot dip galvanizing company. Hot dip galvanizing is a surface treatment to protect steel from rust. Protecting steel is important because it is a major material in social infrastructure such as buildings, power systems, civil engineering projects, railroads, roads and streets, and bridges. In our system, pretreatment and after-treatment of plating are integrated. Pretreatment includes designing and manufacturing of steel products. After-treatment includes straightening, screw heat treatment, reaming, lead filling, coating and delivering (by ourselves). Our service range is expanded by collaborating with many companies. For example, we cannot galvanize steel products sized from 4 to 15m, so we ask other companies when we need to galvanize such steel. In our work, we undertake everything from consultation to delivery. We perform coating, electroplating and heat treating. If a customer requires a service we cannot perform or products we cannot develop, we ask for support from collaborating companies.

[Representative's message]
Hot dip galvanizing is a kind of plating to prevent iron from rusting. Hot dip galvanizing is a very common surface treatment because steel is the basis of social infrastructure. However, there are only 81 companies that can perform hot dip galvanizing in Japan. The government is the biggest client for our industry. Government orders are concentrated in the second semester (from October to March of the following year). So, in our industry, delivery times in the second semester tend to become longer than in the first semester. However, we can offer a shorter delivery time than other companies. Our integrated system performs pretreatment of plating (designing and manufacturing steel products), after-treatment of plating and even deliver of products by ourselves. This combination of processes enables shorter delivery times. As we mentioned above, we have excellent technologies and systems. We want more people to know about us. We especially want more people to know about the department that designs and manufactures steel products. Our aim is to utilize J-GoodTech and have many people know about our strengths. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We plan to build a new factory (the location is still uncertain). The new factory is expected to increase our productivity and widen the range of product sizes. If the size range expands, we will be able to make products that we are not able to now. The expansion of the product range will shorten delivery time and improve customers’ convenience. This will be our selling point and help us to cultivate our sales channels. We also plan to select a managing director from our plating factory and send him to the department that designs and manufactures steel products. This will strengthen the partnership between the steel product department and the plating factory. This strong partnership will maintain our superiority over other companies in price and delivery time. Such superiority helps us to cultivate sales channels.
