[Company strength]
We have an integrated system. The system manufactures parts made of magnesium alloy. Magnesium alloy is the lightest of the practical metals. In the integrated system, we make molds for parts, thixomold the parts, apply precision machining, coat ant paint. We are especially good at mass production of thin and complex high-precision products. Our integrated system also produces precision parts. The system uses aluminum diecasts. In the integrated system, we make molds for parts, machine the parts, apply surface treatment, and assemble the parts. When we process resin, we design molds, shape parts in the mold and assemble. The parts made of resin are mainly used for interior mechanisms, gears and precision parts. We also develop and design parts of precision equipment like medical equipment. We’ve already acquired a license for manufacturing medical equipment. 


[Business description]
We have an integrated production system. The system manufactures parts made of magnesium, aluminum die cast, zinc and resin. In the system, we make molds for parts, form parts in the mold, machine the parts, apply surface treatment and complete the production. We develop, design and assemble parts of precision equipments or precision units like medical equipment. We also produce resin mold and jig for the mold from the design stage. We deliver our parts to manufacturers of electrical equipment, transport aircraft, precision equipment and others.

[Representative's message]
We want to contribute to Monozukuri (manufacturing) in Japan. Our technology is based on magnesium thixomolding and secondary precision fabrication technologies. We want more customers to see, operate, feel and understand our integrated production system. Our system covers from design and development to assembly. We want to play a large part in Japanese manufacturing industries. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
In our company, the President himself positively participates in sales activity. He undertakes in business activities, cultivates new customers, and enriches our sales organizations. He proactively attends exhibitions and business negotiation events. We believe those sales activities raise our profile. We are adjusting our company organization. We hold sales strategy meetings, and prepare new technologies based on customer needs while we are doing sales activities. When we start business with a new customer, we are prepared to give proposals from the development and design stage.

We received the First Monozukuri (manufacturing) award. 
We were published twice in Sanyo Shimbun (local newspaper) as a company that mass produces magnesium alloy in Okayama prefecture.
