We conduct parking lot management in which we undertake all of the work, including advertising, contracts and site support. We also conduct business overseas. We export parking lot facilities mainly to developing countries.

We are seriously considering the future style and function of parking lots indispensable for motorized society, and take actions to create new value. We design parking lots so as to match needs from the viewpoint of both parking lot owners and users. We also design commercial facilities. We always consider both present cities and future cities, and aim at creating spaces which will be loved forever. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We moved our head office and Osaka branch office to new buildings to expand our business in Tokyo Metropolis, the Tokyo metropolitan suburbs, and the Kansai region. We make proposals, considering owners’ merits and borrowing ease and ease of use for users, regardless of the mode of parking lots, such as flat parking lots and mechanical parking lots. We also take actions to spread our advanced technologies relating to parking lots widely overseas.
