Our heat treatment facilities can thermally treat thin steel plates susceptible to cracking. We have special technologies for preventing the warping and distortion of steel, and thoroughly pursue the flatness of thin steel plates. We are the only company manufacturing both blades and grinding machines for carbide-tipped saw blades in Japan. We make the most of our original heat treatment technologies, and provide stable products, regardless of their quantity.

We conduct the manufacturing and sale of blades, heat treatment, and the manufacturing and sale of precision grinding machines. We are a leading company in the manufacturing of blades for steel and woodwork, heat treatment, and the development and sale of grinding machines for carbide-tipped saw blades. Our established technologies are highly reputed by many companies. We mainly sell products to major woodworking machine sales companies, blade manufacturers, and resharpening businesses in Japan.

High-mix, low-volume production is strongly required in times when technical innovation drastically advances as today. We established a production system which can meet such needs. We make the most of our established technologies to finely meet customer demands. We intend to go one step further than the needs of the times, and contribute to as many companies as possible. Our product group also includes grinding machines for cemented carbide-tipped saw blades and body grinding machines. These machines are also highly reputed for their high precision and operational ease. We will make the most of our original technologies to develop overseas markets and thus expand our business.

We aim to manufacture trusted products. We give importance to stable supply of high-quality products by performing thorough process management, and adaptation to high-mix, low-volume production. We will actively participate in exhibitions in Japan and overseas to grasp customer demands, and reflect them in our product development.
