We have introduced the latest machining facilities to match the increase in product size.


We own large-diameter NC lathes, turnings, five-side processing machines, vertical/horizontal machining centers and plane grinders. We machine large parts in high-mix low-volume lots for vessels and machine tools, etc. We achieve quick delivery by making full use of CAD/CAM systems. At the same time we have also introduced the latest facilities such as NC 6m long lathe and the NC 2.4m turning diameter lathe, including a 5 axis processing-gate machining center with a gate width of 3m. These facilities are introduced in order to handle the machining of large products. We are planning to establish an integrated production system, covering material procurement to various processing, assembly and shipment in our newly planned factory.

We conduct integrated quick procurement, processing, heat-treatment, grinding and plating from can manufacturing to casting with consistent quality assurance. Our accumulated experience and technology for assembly and repair are also trusted by many clients.

Almost a century has passed since our company was founded in 1918.
We started out mainly working on repairing agricultural and maritime machinery, as well as manufacturing motors. Since then we have moved onto machining of large parts in high-mix low-volume lots for vessels and machine tools, etc. We have achieved a quick delivery time by making full use of CAD/CAM systems. At the same time we also emphasize “Kisage (scraper)” works by our craftsman, and on training future master craftsmen. We are looking forward to adapting to new processing needs for large parts, with J-Good Tech.

Our new assembly factory has an integrated production system covering material procurement to various processing, assembly and shipment. Here, we can achieve one-stop orders and integrated production without loss.
