[Company strength]
We have about 40 cutting machines to produce various sized parts, ranging from palm size to large size (3×4 m). Our machining technologies include sheet metal processing, plate working, casting, and assembly in addition to cutting. Thus, we can support customers’ product development by proposing the optimal machining methods for complex parts and producing the prototypes for them. In addition, we can supply mass-produced parts from our factories in Japan and China, which allows us to provide customers with the convenience of a one-stop service.


[Business description]
We are a parts supplier dedicated to providing our customers with comprehensive support ranging from prototype development to mass-production, including sheet metal working, plate working, and casting, with machining as our main business. In the trial development stage, at which it is possible to estimate 70–80% of the product cost, we select the most appropriate combination of processes from among cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, thermal treatment, assembly, die casting, and lost-wax casting, thereby supporting the manufacturer’s product development. Our factory in China allows us to mass-produce parts at a lower cost and propose other ideas for cost reduction.

A parts manufacturer/supplier must have a forward-looking attitude, as in “Let’s do this” and “We can make this.” We started our company determined to meet customers’ needs. Over the years, we have established a full range of in-house equipment and a wide network covering various machining fields. Furthermore, we have a production system designed to cover all operations, from production of prototypes to mass-production, as well as a quality assurance system that ensures product safety and reliability. We assist manufacturers with product development and improved product competitiveness.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We redesigned our website and also launched “Shisakukaihatsu.com,” a special website designed to help solve engineers’ problems. We actively provide information on important points of parts design and machining techniques. We participate in exhibitions and business conventions to make new contacts and identify current machining needs. We hope to reach companies who can benefit from our technical proposals and machining techniques and thus establish a win-win relationship.
