We are a globally developed precision parts manufacturer. We mainly provide manufacturing and sales of precision locking nuts for machine tools, precision machinery parts, and precision measuring devices. We have many major domestic Japanese client companies, including JTEKT Corporation, FANUC CORPORATION, Okuma Corporation, Makino Milling Machine Co., Ltd., and YAMAZAKI MAZAK CORPORATION. We have overseas transaction track records with Japanese-owned companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and Singapore. We can respond to volume orders at our plant in Taiwan, which has a maximum monthly production capacity of 500,000 units. We can increase sales of precision locking nuts in a series, which are subjected to various kinds of additional processing, as well as the consignment production of precision locking nuts.

[Company strength] We can stably respond to volume orders because we produce 300,000 units a month (up to 500,000 units a month) at the Taiwan plant. Moreover, we offer quotes and manufacturing of high-precision parts from one part, based on drawings from clients. We have introduced the most advanced production facilities in the plant, and conduct quality inspection with the most advanced inspection equipment. We can produce special products subjected to additional processing, such as forming a hole for balance adjustment or a groove for a hook spanner, within 30 days. In addition, we conduct sampling inspections for all the products, thus, we can deliver the products with inspection reports. In addition, we have acquired authentication (TAF), which is equivalent to that of the national research institute and the state examination laboratory in Taiwan. Moreover, we have a production capability for precision locking nuts of up to 500,000 units a month, thereby achieving cost reductions. We also conduct small-lot production based on drawings, and can thus respond to various demands.
