[Company strength]
Our strengths include the ability to handle: 1) base processing for palm-sized small parts to long parts up to 2000 mm; 2) combined processed parts including fabrication of circular parts; 3) microprocessed parts using tools with diameters of 0.5 or less; 4) supply of finished products by processing including surface treatment; and 5) a broad range of material types such as iron, nonferrous, and resin-based materials.


[Business description]
We manufacture general machine parts in a wide variety of fields including semiconductors, food, medical equipment, construction machinery, and automobiles. We also manufacture general machine parts of jigs and tools, maintenance machines, and protection machines. We have production factories in two locations, where we own about 40 pieces of equipment including NC lathes, machining centers, and various milling machines, as well as about ten inspection devices including 3D measuring instruments. We respond to customer needs under an integrated manufacturing system from processing to inspection while guaranteeing quality by using inspection equipment.

[Representative's message]
The market for the metal processing industry is roughly divided into small processing (L = 1000 or less) and large processing (L = 2000 or more). Intermediate-sized products from 1000 to 2000 are usually processed using large equipment at high cost. We focus on niche areas and supply intermediate-sized products at low cost. We are keen to actively promote our excellent cost performance through J-GoodTech.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The representative director and the executive managing director mainly take the initiative in cultivating markets, responding to various needs from existing customers, responding to new customers, etc. We will make customers aware of our technology, turnaround time, etc. through PR using our website, and actively participate in business talks and exhibitions to cultivate new markets. We intend to expand particularly in medium to large-sized equipment in the coming years, and to ensure a sufficient supply of parts from base parts to microprocessed parts. We are committed to providing total services to customers.
