We offer precision sheet metal processing mainly of elevator parts and other products including physical and chemical equipment frames and semiconductor manufacturing machine parts. Our flexible offerings range from palm-sized or large sheet metal prototypes to multi-product, variable-quantity production. We can also offer secondary processing and assembly under a package contract. We excel at radial bending, v-groove bending, adhesion technology (adhesives, double-sided tape), welding technology (semi-automatic/TiG welding and aluminum), etc. We are enthusiastic about our work. We place the highest priority on our customers’ needs and take orders from a variety of fields with our wide range of technology and experienced engineers. In the future, we aim to diversify into medical equipment and aerospace, where more high-precision product performance is required.

We offer precision sheet-metal processing of elevator parts, physical and chemical equipment frames, and semiconductor manufacturing machine parts. We excel at radial bending, v-groove bending, adhesion (adhesives, double-sided tape), welding (semi-automatic/TiG welding and aluminum), etc., and have the corresponding technology. We also have many nationally qualified engineers who can handle requests from a wide range of fields. We are based on a rich skillset for precision sheet metal and have a proposal mindset. Through this, we will continue supporting Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship.

We were founded in 1938 to manufacture meter parts. We currently offer precision sheet metal processing of elevator parts, physical and chemical equipment frames, and semiconductor manufacturing machine parts. Among these, the elevator parts accounts for 80% of our total sales, and currently we have a stable number of orders. This is a sign of our reliability and trustworthiness over many years of short turnaround and high quality. Also, in order to maintain high product quality, we have introduced an ISO management system to our production.
