[Company strength]
Sewage pipes (pipelines) are said to last for 50 years after installation, but they may be damaged earlier because of the environment and installation method. This can cause unexpected consequences such as cave-ins on roads. We have developed many engineering methods for maintaining existing pipelines, and for extending the service life of newly installed pipelines to prevent problems. We intend to prevent damage along pipelines by offering these methods. The initials in our company name stand for “Total Medical System.” We aim to lower the cost of pipelines with our maintenance methods, and to help support people’s lives.

Our company is engaged in the pipeline maintenance business, with a focus on sewage pipes. We possess many methods for replacing sewage pipes in various conditions, and take on orders for sewage pipe maintenance work from municipal governments. Our business consists of pipeline maintenance work (90%) and secondary operations such as material sales and equipment rental and leasing (10%).

[Representative's message]
Our company name indicates that we offer a “Total Medical System” for sewage works. This is because we provide maintenance services regarding ourselves as being like doctors specialized in sewage pipes. Pipelines installed during Japan’s high-growth period in the 1950s and 1960s are passing beyond their expected operating life (50 years). This has already caused problems such as cave-ins on roads. We believe that the need for our methods is constantly increasing, and that work must be done quickly. We want to work hard to satisfy needs in our field of excellence to help support people’s lives in Japan. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our methods offer various advantages compared to other methods, but there is a limit to what one company do. This is why we participated in establishing the LCR (Light Curing Association) to promote our methods, and satisfy future demand for pipeline maintenance in Japan. We also want to focus on accepting orders for maintenance work outside Hokkaido. We have already had such orders from Niigata Prefecture and Sendai Prefecture, and we have reinforced sales activities at our Tokyo site.
