We develop highly heat-resistant materials for automotive manifolds.

We manufacture pig iron cast parts used for transportation and industrial machinery. We mainly offer automotive exhaust manifolds and excel at manufacturing hollow, thin-walled products. We have developed a highly heat-resistant material required by manifolds. We are world leaders in heat-resistant materials in the field of cast iron. These days we are gathering technology for products other than manifolds to provide solutions to manufacturers. More than ten years ago we established technology for truck exhaust manifolds that use highly heat-resistant material. This involves stainless-steel bellows being welded to divided cast-iron manifolds to prevent gas leaks. Since then, we have been supplying products made using this technology.
