[Company strength]
We have been developing highly heat-resistant materials required by manifolds. Now, we are industry leaders for heat-resistant materials in the field of cast iron. Our goal is to replace expensive heat-resistant materials, such as Ni-resist cast iron and cast stainless steel, with a low cost alternative. These days we are gathering technology for products other than manifolds through R&D to provide solutions to manufacturers. Over ten years ago, we established technology for truck exhaust manifolds that use highly heat-resistant materials. This is achieved by welding stainless-steel bellows to divided-type cast-iron manifolds to prevent gas leaks. Since then, we have been supplying products made using this technology.

[Business description]
We manufacture pig iron cast parts used for transportation and industrial machinery. We adapted our technology for domestic sewing machine parts to manufacture automotive exhaust manifold parts. We excel at manufacturing hollow, thin-walled parts. Moreover, we manufacture various casting products from small to large including transmission cases, carrier cases, flywheel housing, clutch housing, construction machinery idlers, and differential cases. These days we supply manifolds, carrier cases, etc., focusing on molding, processing and assembly.

The automotive and construction equipment industries procure parts globally. This produces fierce competition both in Japan and overseas. Our technology includes highly heat-resistant materials, welding of different materials, and analyzing casting products. With our technology, we aim to attract publicity and expand our business through J-GoodTech.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will proactively promote our products to our new and existing customers. Also we will expand our sales base to fields other than the automotive industry. Our main factory is in Harachu however, we will increase the volume of orders at our Thai plant to meet the cost and quality requirements or our customers.
