We precision lathe medium to large parts including parts for rolling machines and marine engine parts.
We specialize in machining parts for rolling machines, marine speed reducer parts, etc. and fitting machining. We focus on precision lathing of medium to large articles with a maximum length of 4,000 mm and diameters up to 800 mm. We process large articles from forging to rough cutting, and process small articles from machining by NC lathes to work from machining centers. Our skilled engineers carry out high precision fitting machining using processes including quenching, polishing, and coating. We differentiate ourselves from others in the field through our "conforming" finishing. This is precise on the order of microns, which cannot be achieved by machines.
