Sigma Technology Co., Ltd.
Compact and large-volume bellows cylinder pump based on our own original technology
Established in 2002 as a machine design company, we design general machines, optical machines, pumps, and inkjet nozzles under contract with customers and also develop our own products using our original technologies. Our major product is Bellows Cylinder Pump, which is a structural revolution of the conventional bellows pump. This pump is small in size, has a large flow volume, and few components. We also have a patent for a nanobubble generator using fluid design technology and plan to commercialize products in many fields including semiconductors, medicine, culture, agriculture, and cleaning.
Other presentation
[Company strength] We design general machines, optical machines, pumps, ink jet nozzles, printer elements, etc. as a machine design company and also develop our own products using our original technology. We have a patent for our new bellows pump and sell bellows cylinder pumps that feature compactness, large flow, and few components with the support of the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan, and Ibaraki University. We also have a patent for a nanobubble generator using fluid design technology and plan to conduct commercialization in many fields using this equipment. [Business description] Sigma Technology was established in 2002 as a machine design company and has since been designing general machines, optical machines, pumps, ink jet nozzles, and printer elements. Currently, we are developing our own products using our original technology. Our main product, Bellows Cylinder Pump, is an entirely new concept that revolutionizes the conventional bellows pump structure. We also manufacture nanobubble equipment and are promoting commercialization in semiconductors, medicine, culture, agriculture, and cleaning. [Industry] Manufacturing business [Representative's message] We were established in 2002 as a machine design company and conduct design for customers under contract. We also have our own products, including the bellows cylinder pump and nanobubble generators, developed using our technology. Using these products and our own pump technology, we are developing related products. Since our technology is related to other fields such as optical technology, nano technology, and communication technology, we hope to expand the range of our technical expertise for industrial sophistication, improve our technical expertise, and continue to be a company needed by society. We actively sell our products overseas, as well as explore sales channels in Japan, by using J-GoodTech. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have participated in various exhibitions, including 2013 International Industrial Cleaning Expo, Techno-Frontier Thermal Engineering, Technical Show Yokohama 2013, New Value Creation Exhibition, and JISMEE 2012. We keep exploring new sales channels by showing our own products and technology at exhibitions. We intend to actively participate in other exhibitions and business meetings to understand what companies in various lines of business want and need. Based on such information, we will develop new products and identify new markets. [Awards and media coverage] Commercialization of Chemical Supply System using New Bellows Pump, certified as 2009, 2010, and 2011 New Collaboration Plan (plan for developing new business fields through collaboration between SMEs in different business fields) Covered by many media including “SME Showing Energetic Activity,” Telecable, Nov. 2, 2012; “Chemical supply pump for semiconductors - mass-production of new compact pump,” Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Dec. 22, 2009; “Chemical supply by bellows pump,” Daily Industrial News, July 13, 2009 [Intellectual property] Patent no. 4547451: Bellows pump and transport method of bellows pump (patent established in China and South Korea).
