[Company strength]
The main characteristics of our dyeing method are that it retains the film’s high transparency and the texture of the base material. The solvent dyeing methods applied by our competitors use specific types of dyes (limited color choice), and are not suited to small-lot production. Their high treatment temperature is also disadvantageous as it can only treat polyester films and nothing else. Our dyeing method makes it possible to use commonly available disperse dyes. We can combine a disperse dye with other types of dyes to control the wavelength, and dye various films other than polyester film. 



[Business description]
Our company is the only film dyeing company to establish a method for dyeing polyester films with water solvent. We have been dedicated to textile and knot processing since our establishment in 1943. Currently we mainly offer chemical film dyeing, and sell original products such as C-mal automobile window film. We also provide saponification of TAC films, which are necessary for polarizing plates, and we are one of Japan’s few saponification providers.

Our technology development department constantly develops new films and fundamental technologies in the dye and chemical fields, which allows us to suggest new technology for individual customers. Our company has always been dedicated to developing new technologies and products as well as rationalizing management, and we have tried to retain our originality as a company. The world will become more globalized and borderless. We became even more determined to work hard in new technology and product development after obtaining ISO 9001. Our goal is to prepare for future customer needs.

We have nine dyeing machines to choose from depending on the production volume, even in small lots. We possess both ordinary dyeing machines and high-pressure dyeing machines that handle deep colors and highly light-resistant dyeing. We have built up expertise in textile dyeing in many years of operations. This is how we can suggest a suitable dyeing method for each company taking various factors into consideration, including lot size, high mix production, quick delivery, and the environment. We can realize the exact product development operations for our customers by using film with appropriate properties for the given needs.
