We manufacture components of general industrial machinery and equipment, and FC iron castings for electromechanical devices for consumer use, automobile parts and accessories, and so on. We can handle mass products using an integrated line from continuous dissolution using a cupola and production using a high-speed automated molding machine to finishing and shipping. We are making use of the casting technology power we have been accumulating for many years to take on the challenge of new technology and make proposals to customers. We can use our high-cycle mass-production system to handle orders in units of tens of thousands of parts for automobiles and home electronics for volume sales without delays in delivery. We have a track record of deliveries to 30 or more major processing makers in Japan and overseas.

[Company strength]
We have advantages in high-efficiency casting product production by using a cupola dissolution system, high-efficiency vertical molding machine, and horizontal splitting molding machine capable of a high degree of difficulty. We can handle FC200 to 300 materials, and a maximum diameter of 330 mm. We can manufacture products with a weight from 0.1 kg to a maximum of 30 kg. We strictly control quality with our integrated line production covering from manufacturing to the shipping.

We hope to use our registration with J-Good Tech to promote Japanese casting technology in foreign countries and trigger our overseas business expansion. We are a member of Shirakawa Material Valley (a conglomerate formed by material industries located around Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture). We discuss our respective know-how in order to create new technology and innovation. We want to enhance the level of metal working technology in Fukushima Prefecture as a whole, and to advance joint development. Global expansion is difficult for a single enterprise alone. This is why we are trying to transmit our information to foreign countries as a group, and to develop joint reception of orders from abroad.
