[Company strength]
Our company’s strength is in cutting, grinding, heat treatment, surface processing and sub-assembly through inspection and shipment, all done in house. We established an order system for high-mix small-lot and short delivery time, distinguishing ourselves from other companies. In particular, we have same-day shipping of certain products if ordered before 3:30 PM. We recognize that we have consequently gained a status as a company for supplying parts for specialized trading companies among standard products business. Meanwhile, we make use of our strength in high-mix small-lot and short delivery time in special order products business, to trade with approximately 3,000 companies. We aim to supply parts to new industrial fields (automobile, aerospace, medical and others), and improve technology for processing of difficult-to-cut materials and complex processing.  

[Business description]
We mainly process, on commission, FA (factory automation) parts using various metals and resins. Our company’s products are classified roughly into standard products for FA parts, brochures for specialized trading companies, and special order products corresponding to a single piece to a complete set for a device. We perform lathing, milling, heat treatment, grinding, surface processing, gear cutting and the like in house. We accurately supply the required numbers of parts on time, with thorough quality and delivery management unique to integrated production. Our processing specialists ensure the high quality, from a single piece through to hundreds of device parts. We respond to deals throughout Japan with our rich material inventory, industry-leading number of machines, on-time delivery rate of 99.9% and full-time sales staff.

Japan’s Monozukuri (craftsmanship) is viewed again in a situation where the market is shifting to developing countries. Our company is Japan’s largest in processing in the on-commission industry with 700 machine tools and 460 specialists. In addition, we are developing a system to further handle customer needs by building two new factories this year. Feel free to contact us with your order. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company usually works on sales channel development. We have increased the number of sales staff this year to cope with customers across a wide range of businesses and regions. In particular, we established the Special Order Product Division to “responding to single piece orders to a complete set for a device” which is one of our company’s pillars of business. We proactively attend various exhibitions (see note) to expand our customer base.
Note: We have recently attended exhibitions including Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo, SEMICON Japan, World Smart Energy Week and NEPCON Japan.
