We are a metalworking manufacturer that can handle various kinds of welding.
We are a metalworking manufacturer founded in 1966. We mainly handle thin panel manufacturing by means of precision sheet metal processing, as well as medium-thickness sheet metal processing. We also handle welding of up to 3-inch stainless steel pipes (SUS). We have a track record of deliveries to Hitachi High Tech Instruments, Hitachi Infrastructure System, Anritsu Sanki System, and NEC. We have confidence in our welding technology. We have established a system that can handle increasingly diverse customer needs from semi-automatic welding to TIG, YAG, and CMT robot welding. We take on processing of products from small to medium-sized articles, and we aim to expand our business.

[Company strength] Our company can conduct integrated processing from precision sheet metal processing and can manufacturing to coating in a cleanroom and silkscreen printing. This is how we can also handle quick-delivery products and high-mix low-volume products. [Business description] We started our business with thin sheet metal processing. We have now fully prepared equipment that targets processing from thin plates for precision sheet metal processing to medium-thickness sheet metal. We are also developing our business of welding up to 3-inch SUS pipes. [Industry] Metalworking [Representative's message] We are planning to introduce a state-of-the-art production system as preparation for the future. Our target in our corporate business is to achieve integrated processing from precision sheet metal to dies, can manufacturing, coating (in a cleanroom), and silkscreen printing. We are working to be able to contribute to the development of our local community. We recently took on the challenge of stainless steel pipe welding as a new business. We also handle welding of up to 3-inch stainless steel (SUS) pipes. We are advancing upgrading of our processing machines as well as improving our technology power. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our goal is to achieve MIG and MAG welding in addition to conventional precision sheet metal processing. We made use of a Monozukuri Subsidy to introduce a CMT welding robot to improve our processing system. This enables new development in hand welding and robot welding as well as their applications. We anticipate that we will expand our customer base in various fields, so we want to enhance awareness of our technology and so on. This will be done by exhibiting our products at exhibitions held by related organizations.
