We developed a fully automatic winding machine for EE wound coils and new uses.
We produce and sell coils with various specifications and shapes from miniature coils to extra-large coils. We also currently develop and sell winding equipment and labor-saving equipment based on the know-how regarding windings we have cultivated to date. We particularly excel at manufacturing small driving coils and focusing coils. We developed a fully automatic winding machine for EE wound coils, which have many advantages but are not in general use because of their high production cost. We have enabled production of these coils at prices equivalent to conventional coils. High efficiency can be expected for some uses.

[Company strength] The major part of our company’s sales is made through direct reviews of specifications between our technical staff and the technical staff of the end user. There may or may not be a broker involved. We provide simulation data based on the requested specifications. We have strong connections with users and advantages of parallel development within user departments and inquiries from other divisions. We make use of our in-house production equipment and our jigs and tools for production. This makes it easy to change or modify coils. We can manufacture high-quality products at low prices and have sufficient strength to support quick launches. [Business description] Our company produces and sells customized coils with various specifications and shapes, from 0.5-mm miniature coils to extra-large coils. We also deliver these articles as unit parts with accompanying post-processing and assembly. We currently develop and sell winding equipment and labor-saving equipment. We make use of the know-how regarding windings we have cultivated to date to deliver special coils requested by users. We are considering taking on the challenge of global sales expansion at some point in the future. We will promote the development of energy-saving equipment with high-precision sensors as a project making use of our micro-coil technology. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We opened our factory in Pinghu, China in 2001 as our in-house mass-production factory (100% out-in). We have been gradually increasing our out-out transactions with local corporations of Japanese companies in China because of user requests. We currently hold meetings with users almost every day about logistics and sales channels. However, the sales ratio of our Pinghu factory is about 20% and our non-Japanese sales channels are insufficient. This is why we are now promoting order reception from local companies.
