We work in the aerospace industry, including manufacturing jigs for machining aircraft components.

We meet various requirements, including the design and manufacture of a simple cam bodies, index units, and of automated and labor-saving machines. We also meet requirements for general-purpose machining, cylinder grinding, surface machining, and three-dimensional measuring of large-scale components and so on. By utilizing our accumulated technology as specialist cam manufacturers, we can handle high-precision, high-mix low-volume production, such as large-scale component machining and simultaneous 5 axis machining. In recent years, we have moved into machining of grinding materials such as titanium, Inconel and the like, with the goal of entering the aerospace industry. Further, we have acquired the JISQ 9100 quality management standard, and are now engaged in manufacturing jigs for machining aircraft components, using our own design, assembly, and measurement techniques.
