Manufacturing of metal parts for automobiles, agricultural machines and steel furniture
Our main strength is manufacturing metal parts such as automotive parts, agricultural machine parts and steel furniture parts. We conduct tasks seamlessly from material procurement through to shipment. We propose products from the process design stage based on drawings, thus ensuring a stable supply of products. We can process multi-step products using a line of 19 single-action presses. In particular, we are good at processing and draw processing of rare materials such as aluminum. We perform measurement using non-contact 3D measurement machines, and focus on quality management. We have established a system for quickly completing prototype production through to mass-production.

[Company strength] We can perform processing of multi-step products, using eight single-action presses for 150-200 tons, and 19 single-action presses for 45-110 tons. In particular, we possess a single-action servo press, and thus can handle processing and draw processing of rare materials such as aluminum.
