We are a netting machine manufacturer with customers in 53 countries across the world. Our products include automobile inspection systems and knotted netting machines, FC gear cams, and large plate worked processed products. We have offered a cost reducing solution to manufacture shafts using a unique welding method, "friction pressure welding", for over 40 years. We successfully welded heat-resistant alloys such as inconel® and titanium. Our chairman received the Metal with Blue Ribbon. We intend to augment our in-house equipment and actively participate in exhibitions and business talks in order to enter the aerospace industry.

We have succeeded in joining SUS and carbon steel with aluminum and titanium using friction welding technology. Even in the tensile strength test, no fracture occurred at the joint, and fracture from the base metal was confirmed. The materials used are related to strength, and we would like to proceed with development in collaboration with the manufacturer. Also, if you have the requested material, we will take a prototype.
