[Company strength]
We perform integrated production of various gears including machining, heat treatment, grinding and finishing. We have earned high trust and reputation for automotive steering intermediate gears and torque sensor shafts for power-assisted bicycles. Steering gears of wheels require zero backlash, durability, and high quality because safety and feel are important. Torque sensor shafts on which fine and precise shape rolling is performed are used for power-assisted bicycles as sensors that convert the variation in torque applied to the shaft into electrical signals. Our differential reduction gears are used in the reduction gears of drive shafts of rolling rollers and printer rollers at steelmaking plants, and in vehicles at Tokyo Disneyland.


[Business description]
We focus on domestic production without expanding overseas. We manufacture precise, special gears with our original equipment and technical expertise. Our gears are used in a broad range of applications including automotive gears, engine components, gears for agricultural machinery, and bicycle components. We have won a large share of the production of automotive components in Japan by producing fine rolling gears with precise shapes and automotive steering pinion gears, and by manufacturing spiral bevel gears. We also manufacture special differential reduction gears used in machinery that requires tension control such as rolling rollers and printer rollers at steelmaking plants.

[Representative's message]
Our company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2015. We compete with foreign competitors in Japan without using factories in other countries: we compete with our outstanding technology and quality assurance accumulated in the integrated production of special gears for wheel components that have saved lives since we were founded in 1966. We provide consulting such as on hard-to-process metal components, and we embrace challenges. We will also focus on R&D in next-generation fields such as robots and “the development of people.” We want to work closely with more customers by using J-GoodTech.

We are an independent company that performs integrated production. We have been dealing with many customers in Japan and other countries including the automotive industry. We have established sales and technical systems that meet customers’ needs in diverse fields. We can respond flexibly to any requests with reliable solutions. We have developed new products by accumulating technology and wisdom and using ingenuity, even if there are no past examples and no drawings. We meet customers’ needs in our way of thinking such as by customizing machine tools in order to keep costs within budget.
