Global expansion through metal press parts


We are a metal press parts manufacturer established in 1949, and mainly manufacture and sell auto electric parts. We have expanded our business through an integrated system covering mold design, prototype production, metal pressing, caulking, spot welding and product assembly to meet a variety of customer needs. We developed a unique mold cartridge system to greatly reduce the cost of our new mold. We have been accelerating expansion overseas, starting with building a plant in India in 2014.

[Company strength]
We have been trying to significantly reduce the cost of a new mold with our unique mold cartridge system. We offer high-quality multi-variety production at low manufacturing cost, and aim to make diverse molds with high precision using state-of-the-art 3D CAD and experienced engineering staff. The Manufacturing Department provides various kinds of high QCDS products using equipment including progressive, transfer lines and pushers.
We entered the Indian market in 2014, providing high QCDS products based on know-how gained since 1949 to expand our international business.

We have strived to reinforce our technical competence by manufacturing high-quality press parts at low cost in a timely manner, which has been our management policy since establishment. Although the external environment is rapidly changing, we flexibly provide customers with products that are eco-friendly, inexpensive and better quality, at the time when they need them. Through the J-GoodTech network, we aim to expand into new fields.

We try to provide products meeting customer’s quality and timing requirements by joining exhibitions and other business meetings so that we can swiftly identify customers’ needs. We have a system involving the Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Production Control and Quality Departments to meet customers’ needs and help them manufacture products in new industries.

We manufacture agricultural machine parts such as steering, ball joints, brakes, transmissions, engines, and axles. We achieve high quality and low cost by manufacturing these parts through an integrated production system that covers all processes from cold forging, machining, and heat treatment to assembly. The products are delivered to major manufacturers in the automobile, auto part, and agricultural machinery fields. We can eliminate machining processes and reduce the cost of cold forging parts by applying near net shaping with formers.
