We are a manufacturer of machines, equipment and parts, and were selected as a “One Company, One Technology” by Gunma Prefecture. We manufacture and sell manufacturing equipment for semiconductors and electronic parts as well as design and make jigs and other tools. We have supplied products to Hitachi Ltd. and Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation, and have also exported products to Japanese corporations overseas. We are good at fine, precise processing of special resins used in the process of manufacturing semiconductors and electronic parts, general metal products (stainless steel, aluminum), super-hard materials and special steel materials for molds. We aim to expand our market channels to the medical and auto industries.

[Company strength]
We were selected as a “One Company, One Technology” by Gunma Prefecture for our capabilities and uniqueness by integrating equipment with technologies for processing products of various shapes. (We are certified as Gunma Prefecture’s “One Company, One Technology” with our laser processing equipment for electronic parts, utilizing our precise parts.) We have a manufacturing equipment design section, and so can find practical solutions for customers, producing the designs and drawings they require. We cover the entire process from R&D to design and manufacturing.

We design and make manufacturing equipment for semiconductors and electronic parts as well as jigs and other tools. We are good at fine, precise processing of special resins used in the process of manufacturing semiconductors and electronic parts, general metal products (stainless steel, aluminum), super-hard materials and special steel materials for molds. Regarding the precise processing of super-hard materials and metals, we supply products that satisfy customers’ needs by precisely finishing the products using our unique processing procedures and arrangements, and using a wire electric discharge machine and grinder.

Cost competition in the processed parts market has become intense due to producers in countries with lower labor costs. We will promote our products to both new and existing customers by making high value-added products with improved manufacturing equipment and design skills.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will explore the medical and auto industries which are more stable than the semiconductor industry, which is exposed to rapid economic fluctuations. We extended the Maebashi Plant, significantly improving productivity. Our design section can suggest robotic equipment using the technologies we have accumulated in the semiconductor industry (transfer and image processing). We would like to work with a robot maker to develop new markets.
