[Company strength]
We have strengths in steel material procurement. We obtain materials from primary and secondary distributions. A variety of machining equipment (circular saw cutter, band saw cutter, laser cutter, NC lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, 80-ton press machine, and a semiautomatic welding machine) give us an advantage. We excel at producing various products in small quantity. We also have strengths in our system. Because of the system, our operation is flexible and delivery is quick.

We are selling steel materials that are used in air conditioners, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, gas containers, and other fields. We are seeking a way to reduce client problems as much as possible. Therefore, we adopted one-stop-operation (integrated process of order reception, money reception, and product delivery). We also adopted “Total processing” –performing cutting, laser boring, chamfering, welding and other processing before delivering products. We are selling steel materials. Our main products are steel pipe, shaped steel, flat steel, round bar, thin plate and medium plate. Available steel types are carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium material.

We are planning to promote “Drawing Sales (sales with drawings)”.  The sales involve collaboration between our equipment and clients’ machineries. This aims to take advantage of our strength of small quantity, large variety production. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have only 3persons who are in charge of sales. This number isn’t enough to promote our company, so we ask our clients to recommend our products and services. We also ask our clients to look for events that may lead us to receipt of orders. We are considering organizational adjustment that allows us to attend more events.
