[Company strength]
Our company has been manufacturing optical equipment parts for 47 years. We have specialized in high-mix low-volume part production and technology improvement since our establishment, rather than high-volume part production. Changeovers several times a day are not very unusual. We possess various kinds of equipment suitable for low-volume production. This includes 3D and image measuring instruments, and microscopes for measurement. We make use of this equipment in our efforts to secure high quality.

We are a metalworking manufacturer. We mainly machine aluminum and brass materials using equipment such as NC lathes and machining centers. We receive orders for integrated processing covering from casting and material procurement to machining, inspection, and surface treatment, and deliver the completed products to customers.

Optical equipment parts are expected to satisfy the necessary precision as well as other requirements not specified in drawings, such as appearance, subtle gloss, and engagement. We proceed with work by judging points of use from shapes in drawings and part names and estimating the requested quality. This experience is reflected in our manufacturing of parts for industrial robots and medical equipment. Our products are highly appreciated by customers in various fields.

Our company is located in a corner of the countryside. This is why our sales activities have mainly been conducted through exhibitions by considering how we should showcase our products to the outside world. These activities have high costs and we cannot always acquire new customers. Once we start doing business with a customer, we can often maintain the relationship for a long time. We are confident that our high quality, low costs, and short turnarounds will satisfy customers. We will continue to constantly improve ourselves from sales to manufacturing, inspection, and shipping under our policy of providing products that satisfy customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We currently have a four-person sales force, who all have experience as machine operators. We can exchange opinions with customers about machinability, methods, jigs and tools, and other factors after taking a first look at the drawings. We even propose cost reductions and drawing corrections. We can make use of partner companies to handle even processing that is not our specialty, and our company ensures the final quality. We will participate in exhibitions wherever possible, as well as what we have mentioned here.
