Our factories carry out high-mix low-volume production under an integrated production system that covers from the material phase to machining, welding, and inspection. (Heat treatment and surface treatment are provided by partner companies.) Products can be manufactured in our China (Dalian) plant depending on the delivery date and price. We aim to maintain reliable Monozukuri craftsmanship practices by complying with ISO standards in all aspects of production, including quality control and delivery management. Most of the manufacturing orders we receive involve document control. We can prepare mill sheets, tensile test reports, heat treatment certificates, MT, UT, and other inspection reports during the normal processing flow if a specific request is made in advance.
