We offer high-mix, low-volume manufacturing of high-quality prototypes with a short turnaround time at low cost.
We manufacture prototypes for research, prototypes for mass production, automotive electrical parts, car air-conditioner parts, and compressor parts. We flexibly handle various materials, such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel and resins. We have an advantage of a management system which ensures high-mix, low-volume manufacturing of high quality, with a short turnaround time and at low cost. We constructed the system, so even inexperienced operators can manufacture high-quality products in a short time like skilled operators. Our 33 employees can manufacture 250 to 300 kinds of products as a monthly average.
