In Kochi Prefecture where the production volume of ginger and citrus junos is the highest in Japan, our company was founded as a private shop about 70 years ago. Since then, we have been doing business. Our company is composed of three departments: Cultivation Department, Perishable Food Department, and Spice Processing Department. We were among the first to try to become a sixth sector company which performs processes ranging from cultivation to processed product production.   
With sufficient capability to secure a large amount of raw materials (ginger, citrus junos, and so on) by utilizing the aforementioned relations, nurtured for many years, with farmers in the production areas
We have established a production system that can respond to major orders. In a safe and secure environment and under an excellent management system, we can stably supply secure and safe products.
