We offer integrated plating, thermal spray, and coating services, aiming to increase our orders in the aircraft industry.

We offer metal surface treatment, including chemical film treatment, passivation treatment, anodizing treatment, and plating treatment in such fields as electric power, healthcare, aircraft, and defense. Our advantage is that we can offer integrated surface treatment services in-house, including plating, thermal spray, and coating. Therefore, we can stably provide high-quality surface treatment at low cost with short turnaround. We plan to obtain Nadcap certification, aiming to increase our orders in the aircraft industry. We will also be installing an automatic surface treatment line in our new plant to respond to diverse needs. The line includes sulfuric acid anodizing, boric sulfuric acid anodizing, and chemical conversion treatment for aluminum (hexavalent, trivalent).

[Company strength]
Since our foundation in 1950, we have focused on metal surface treatment to contribute to the world of Monozukuri craftsmanship. Our advantage is that we can offer integrated surface treatment services in-house, including plating, thermal spray, and coating. This allows us to stably provide high-quality surface treatment at low cost with short turnaround. We also offer rustproof plating, corrosion-proof plating, and abrasion-resistant treatment for small-volume lots or single prototypes. We have a technical partnership with Japan Kanigen for electroless nickel plating (lead-free Kanigen plating).

We offer plating, Kaniflon, Kaniboron, chemical film treatment for Al and Fe, thermal spray, HVOF spray, blast treatment, coating, polishing, and alumite treatment. We provide surface treatment in the fields of electric power, healthcare, aircraft, defense, etc. Our surface treatment includes chemical film treatment, passivation treatment, anodizing treatment, and plating treatment. We also offer various types of other surface treatment such as coating, thermal spray, and blast treatment. We have an extensive track record in such industries as electric power, construction and bridgework.

Since our foundation, we have consistently made efforts to improve product quality and trusted Monozukuri craftsmanship. Our commitment to quality is particularly beneficial to such fields as aircraft, medical equipment, and power generation/transformation equipment, in which a high level of quality management and safety are needed. Also, since we are based in Niigata, we can stably supply products to both the Kanto and Kansai regions. We value personal ties and will continue to develop products.

We plan to acquire Nadcap certification to increase orders in the aircraft industry. We will also be installing an automatic surface treatment line (maximum workpiece size: 3000 mm) in our new plant, which will allow us to respond to various needs. The line includes sulfuric acid anodizing, boric sulfuric acid anodizing, and chemical conversion treatment for aluminum (hexavalent, trivalent). We will improve our organizational structure to make full use of the experience, facilities, and engineers that we have developed over the years, and thereby earn the trust of more companies.

We are equipped with 4k-laser and 220-ton bender equipment, and we can machine a wide range of metal sheets, from thin to thick sheets of iron (thickness 0.1 to 25) and stainless steel and aluminum (thickness 0.1 to 6). We also have engineers who are licensed to weld aluminum, and we can process products until they are finished.
