Large, long and round processed metal parts as well as high-precision processing

We design, manufacture and sell various processed metal parts using NC lathes, machining centers, grinders and other machines. We mainly manufacture a wide range of key components for JR rolling stock, tool machines, industrial machines, large diesel engines for power generation, liquid crystal manufacturing devices, thermal and hydroelectric power plants, and the like. We have a system for delivering finished goods to a customer based on only one order slip, using various machine tool facilities and in cooperation with a partner plant. Our plant layout is customized for high-mix low-volume production focusing on processing of large, long and round articles, and has various grinders for outer diameter, inner diameter and flat surfaces. We thus take all possible measures to ensure high-precision processing.

You can rely on us for all of your lathe machining and precise grinding of long and large-diameter products.

We have recently equipped ourselves with a complex numerical control lathe with a maximum machining diameter of 910 mm and a core-to-core distance of 2,000 mm.

With our lathe handling machinable diameters in the range of 20 to 910 mm, we excel in lathe machining products that are 250 to 700 mm in diameter.
Our outer-diameter grinder has a maximum machining diameter of 300 mm, with a core-to-core distance of 1,500 mm. In this way, it is optimized for finish-machining shafts. Our inner-diameter grinder, on the other hand, can machine products up to 200 mm in diameter.

We are equipped with lathes, grinders, and machining centers. We are also adjacent to contractors who carry out heat treatment and surface treatment. With just one order form, therefore, we are able to deliver a finished product to you.

The average age of our employees is 35 years old. We promise a long-lasting trading relationship.
