We can conduct special kinds of pipe bending, which cannot be easily handled outside Japan.

We are a pipe bending specialist including bending of hydraulic pipes and frames for industrial vehicles and construction machines. We can handle pipes in a wide range of size, from thick to thin, and from materials including iron and stainless steel to aluminum and various other materials. We are good at high-mix small-lot production. We cover a wide range of bending operations including welding and laser bending, and satisfy customers’ demands with our technical know-how accumulated since our foundation in 1953. In addition, we also accept orders that cannot be easily handled outside Japan. This includes orders that cannot be met in reasonable delivery periods or special bending orders that cannot easily satisfy required precision. Examples of such work are production of molds made of bent steel bars for rubber hose molding. We promote exploiting new sales channels with an eye on entering foreign markets.

[Company strength]
We excel at high-mix small-lot production. We always produce over 30,000 items. We operate a whole range of pipe bending operations, including welding. We deal with pipes in a wide range of size, from thick to thin, and in a variety of materials. These include iron and stainless steel to aluminum and various other materials. Some of the equipment has been internalized to meet customers’ special requests. We provide products made from special bending, which cannot easily be handled outside Japan, such as molds made of bent bars for rubber hose molding.

We mainly bend hydraulic pipes and frames for industrial vehicles and construction machines. We cover a wide range of operations related to bending, including pipe bending, welding, and laser machining, since our foundation in 1953. Our accumulated technical expertise in pipe bending allows us to satisfy customers’ requests. We also actively and constantly develop new methods as part of our effort to establish a firm corporate mid- and long-term foundation.

At present, we have developed a production structure designed to manufacture molds made of bent bars for rubber hose molding in Japan. Since the product is a mold, the number of orders not as much as that of a mass-produced item. However, quick delivery is required as early as the development stage, and high precision is also required. Therefore, there is a limited number of manufacturers who can provide such molds. We have therefore been trying to find potential demands in Japan. However, we believe there is similar demand outside of Japan. Therefore, we intend to promote our technology both in Japan and abroad through the network of J-GoodTech.

Aiming to find more markets overseas, we intend to sell our special bending technique, such as our unique molds of bent bars for rubber hold molding. We will extend our customer base to foreign sites of Japanese companies or local companies in foreign countries. We accept orders by e-mail or phone and make transactions in priority order based on “quick delivery, high difficulty, and high precision.”

Our “welder-less method” was covered by the Chubu Keizai Shimbun newspaper in May 2014 as a “new method of screw connection that requires no welding.”
We participated in Messe Nagoya 2016 in October 2016 for the first time.
Our “welder-less method” won the grand prize in the first event of Messe Nagoya 2016 held in October 2016.
