[Company strength]
We handle all in-house development, design, and manufacturing (sheet metal working, lathe machining, welding, and coating) of various high-pressure washing machines such as high-pressure warm water washing machines, steam washing machines, high-pressure parts washing machines, and lower part washing units. We have set up a production system for smoothly developing products meeting customer needs. We can respond to requests for high-mix, small-lot production and can manufacture even just one machine. We also develop and manufacture not only single-component washing machines but also various automatic washing machines (high-pressure brushless container washing machines, etc.) which are integrated systems customized to meet the particular specifications of customers. The washing machines have high performance including a maximum washing temperature of 165C and maximum washing pressure of 50 MPa.



[Business description]
We developed Japan’s first steam washing machine in 1952. We consider our machines not simply as washing tools but as partners that help improve the global environment. Accordingly, we strictly pursue pollution-free reusable machines from the stages of development and manufacturing using clean energy, to disposal. We have produced global environment-friendly, eco-friendly washing machines such as kerosene burning washing machines that produce almost no emissions; high-pressure warm water washing machines using nighttime power and ensuring NOX-free cleanliness, safety, and silence; gas burning high-pressure warm water washing machines; and steam heated high-pressure warm water washing machines.

[Representative's message]
We are Japan’s only manufacturer specialized in washing machines. We develop and manufacture a broad range of washing machines and acquired Excellent Water-Saving Equipment No. 1 certified by the Minister of International Trade and Industry. We conduct market research in every industry and make utmost effort to respond to various needs. We aim to expand from the domestic market to markets in ASEAN countries and to develop in partnership with communities in the future.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are currently considering the local production of warm water washing machines for body shops to respond to the increasing motorization in ASEAN countries. We have received trainees and conducted a field survey in preparation for local production. We have currently assigned two staff members to the section in charge of trade with ASEAN countries. We are continuing to work on overseas procurement and cultivate overseas markets.
