3D laser processing of automobile-related prototype sheet metal
We deal with prototype sheet metal. In particular, we manufacture prototype automobile and development parts. We conduct CAD/CAM, mold production, pressing, 3-dimennsional laser processing, assembling jig production and assembly in-house. Measurements are based on data from manufacturers or tier 1 subcontractor. This enables speedy manufacturing. We established a branch six years ago in Thailand, and run a factory there. Prototype development work is still a niche market, but we expect it to grow through local development. We are now promoting a joint-stock association together with an Indian company.
