Metal working and design and manufacture of special tools

We work with metallic components ranging from small lots to mass production with a round-the-clock unmanned automatic production. This system implements NC lathes, machining centers, wire machines and other equipment. We can work with complex shapes with our five-axis machining center and other equipment. Welding, thermal treatment, polishing, and surface treatment are conducted by our subcontractors. Together we can complete all production processes until final finishing. We also design, manufacture and sell special tools using our advanced technical skills in machining metallic components and 3D CAD.

We can handle a wide range of order sizes, from single items to mass production. We can work with complex shapes using our five-axis machining centers and other equipment. Since we also cover various processes including welding, thermal treatment, polishing, and surface treatment, with the help of subcontractors, we have been able to significantly reduce costs.
