Trial manufacturing of robot hands for automatic machines using 3D printing

We provide automatic machines, labor-saving machines, jigs and the like in in various industries including semiconductors, automotive parts, food and household appliances. From concepts, we are thorough in all steps from design, manufacturing, control programs, robot teaching and on-site installation. We conduct a wide range of design/development, and also handle individual projects such as parts procurement, machine assembly and control software development. We introduced a multi-axis articulated robot from which customers can get a better idea of how we can meet their needs. We manufacture prototype hands in house using 3D printers, which leads to reduce cost and processing steps for trial manufacturing and test runs.

Various industries are currently facing a problem of labor shortage due to the declining birthrate in Japan and rising wages overseas. We would like to appeal, through J-GoodTech, to the technological capabilities we have developed. We will develop solutions to help our customers handle the expanding labor shortage.

We have introduced a multi-axis articulated robot and developed a system to show our customers and let them to better visualize their needs. We have also installed 3D printers and manufacture prototype hands in house to reduce costs and processes through trial manufacturing and test runs. We will train designers who can use said features and teach robots to create an environment in which orders can be handled promptly from concept to delivery.
