Development of battery recycling/recharging device as a new business

Automobile manufacturers commission us to handle various automobile-related business ranging from design to mass production preparation, in cooperation with sponsors in Japan and subsidiaries in India and Indonesia, thus reducing cost and delivery time. We also handle commissioned railway vehicle development from design, planning and analysis through to manufacturing based on our automobile development method, including proposals for modularization, thereby improving development efficiency. In addition, we provide technology support for overseas parts manufacturers. We developed a battery recycling/recharging device in-house in 2015 as a new business, which can recycle/recharge degraded batteries by 70% or more, using our original two-step pulse technology.

Sales Pitch

We develop technologies at low cost by using our design and analysis(CAE) expertise and overseas locations (India), and assist overseas part manufacturers with their engineering work.

With the high design and analysis abilities of our group of engineers with a track record of development in domestic automotive and parts manufacturers and by collaborating with affiliates, we are able to efficiently develop products continuously from design to preparing for mass-production.

Through offshore development using our Indian-based subsidiary Hivec Rhino Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (HRT), we work to reduce development costs while retaining a quality level typical of products manufactured in Japan.

Using our personnel experienced in the production engineering areas of domestic automotive and parts manufacturing, and by using our Indonesian-based subsidiary Pt. Hivec Design Development Indonesia (HDDI), we assist overseas parts manufacturers with their production engineering.

Automobile development: Major automobile manufacturers in Japan commission development work to us, ranging from designing derived vehicles to preparing for mass production tooling.
Railway vehicle development: We have been commissioned to perform designing, planning, CAE and analysis through to manufacturing since 2005 based on our automobile development method, thus improving development efficiency.
Technical support for overseas parts manufacturers: We provide full support for parts development of overseas parts manufacturers, ranging from parts design through to process management and maintenance/management of product quality.
Battery regenerating/recharging device: We developed a battery recycling/recharging device in-house in 2015, and sell it mainly to battery recycling vendors.

[Representative's message]
The overseas production ratio of Japanese automobile companies has increased to 66%, and so we set up subsidiaries in India and Indonesia, while also signing memorandums of understanding for collaboration with development companies in China, India and other countries, thus constructing a global development system. Currently we are actively developing railway vehicles, farm equipment and others, and we plan to work on data center construction and model-based development methods. With technology competition intensifying worldwide, we intend to contribute to the development of the Japanese economy together with customers.

We will expand sales through subsidiaries in India and Indonesia, to win new customers in the ASEAN region.
We will focus on hiring and training in-house human resources with international skills (currently 21 staff, including those on loan from the subsidiary in India), aiming to accelerate overseas expansion.
