[Company strength]
We have facilities for pressing and punching by NCT, bending by press brake and can implement various welding methods. We excel at high-mix low-volume production. Many of our staff have national Japanese qualifications such as machinery sheet metal grade one, machinery sheet metal grade two and semi-automatic welding. As a result, we can process a wide variety of parts. We handle lot sizes between 10-100 units. 

[Business description]
We manufacture chassis and frames for industrial equipment, control unit chassis and general processed sheet metal parts, using sheet metal processing and welding technology. In particular, we have focused on cases and frames for freezer displays and professional air-conditioning equipment. We mainly use steel plates (SPCC, SPHC, SGCC, SCHC, etc.), and can process plates between 0.8-3.2 mm thick and up to 1,219 mm×2,438 mm (4 ft×8 ft size).

The current market environment cannot handle our former level of growth. Also, the sheet metal processing industry is facing an era of fierce price competition. In addition, we must be able to respond to shortening lead-times and increasingly stringent delivery quality assurance. In this environment, our company’s revenue is currently peaking. We expect our sales channels to develop significantly. This is an important strategy for future growth. We will handle customer requests in a short period of time, under a thorough production management system. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We introduced an original production management system to integrate administrative processing for receiving orders, production planning, process management, shipping management, billing and delivery. As a result, we have achieved “zero inventory” and reduced costs. We will improve our in-house technology, upgrade our facilities and rationalize our production. In addition, we will develop our sales channel by shifting from a system led by the sales department to a top-down sales system led by the president.
