We are proficient at 3D CG technology and die design, with excellent expertise and achievements.
We were established as a die design company in 1978 and subsequently became engaged in three-dimensional (3D) press die designing and computer graphics (CG) ahead of other companies. We have continued to expand our knowledge and skills since then. Our design section handles die designing, process planning, and 3D modeling of die parts. Our CG section handles 3D CG animation, 3D static image creation, 3D architectural renderings, and various 3D modeling. We are keen to expand into the business of virtual reality (VR), CG, reverse engineering, medical, and other fields while benefiting from the ability to handle both die designing and CG production.

[Company strength] CAD data: We create CAD data on products and parts using CATIA V5 design software. Die layouts: We create transfer and progressive pressing layouts with 3D CAD (CATIA) and draft 3D manufacturing process plans for embodying pressed products. Die design: We prepare 3D designs for dies including large- and small-sized transfer dies, precision progressive dies, ordinary progressive dies, and FB dies. 3D CG static images and animation: We create images for catalogs, etc. while making use of industrial product CAD data (design visualization).
