Our company performs re-polishing and polishing for cutting tool modification and forming.
Our company performs re-polishing and polishing for modification and forming of carbide, high-speed, and diamond cutting tools. We make use of NC and profile polishing machines, as well as general-purpose machines. We perform high quality re-polishing in our manufacturing process with a short delivery period. We provide customers with supply support and quality management by means of a laser marker indicating the number of times an article has been re-polished. This enables our customers to easily manage cost and lead time. We will develop a system that enables us to accept orders for a wide variety of products, including food-related articles. We aim to cultivate the medical market, and we will apply the technologies we have acquired through our experience in construction equipment and automotive parts to enhance our technological strength.
