We made use of lathes with bar feeders to achieve an effective unattended processing system.
Our company serves the field of precision part processing. We manufacture parts related to transportation machines such as automobiles, farm equipment, and construction equipment. We recently expanded into new fields including manufacturing parts for medical equipment and office automation equipment. We relocated our three factories in different places to a location in Amagasaki City in October 2016 to improve our productivity and effectiveness. We achieved a low price for mass-produced products with our unattended processing system. Our lathes with bar feeders can be operated automatically once they are programmed. We have ventured into various fields over the past several years by introducing the latest equipment every year. This includes the latest machining equipment and NC form rolling (threading) equipment. We aim to establish an integrated in-house system in which we perform as many processes as possible.
