We use surface-hardened stainless steel to produce mirror surface finishing that retains its brightness for a long time.
We develop, manufacture, and sell metal flatware in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture for Japanese enterprises including hotels and restaurants. Only a few manufacturers around the world can handle pure titanium products in addition to luxury stainless steel containing abundant chrome and nickel. Our technology is characterized by soft edge processing and stable, highly smooth polishing. Stainless steel is generally considered to be difficult to polish, but we have independently established mirror surface finishing that retains its brightness for a long time. This is done by using 316L stainless steel, which is surface hardened three times or more compared to the usual product. We are applying this technology to expand our business to consignment polishing of precision equipment, barber supplies, and medical supplies.
