Our silver plating for EV and plug-in vehicle charging terminals has been adopted for mass production.
Our company is engaged in the tin, gold, silver, nickel, and copper plating business mainly for contact components of auto parts and electronic parts. We provide full services for various kinds of operations, including both small-lot prototype making with the latest plating methods and low-cost mass production with consistent quality. Recently we have been more focused on various silver plating methods, and suggested an original plating method for charging terminals used for EVs and plug-in hybrid vehicles. This method was adopted by a major manufacturer for mass production. We have actively participated in the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program. We have developed many technologies, including high-frequency reflow tin plating (already commercialized), and advanced plating film with a nano diamond dispersion composition.
[Company strength] We started to use an automatic plating system using barcodes earlier than our competition, and we independently developed a condition-setting system for automatic plating to realize consistent quality. We have actively participated in public projects such as the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program administered by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We have developed many technologies including high-frequency reflow tin plating (already commercialized) and advanced plating film with nano-diamond dispersion composition. In recent years, we have been more focused on various silver plating methods, and we suggested an original plating method for EV and plug-in hybrid vehicle charging terminals.
