We make use of cold forging and machining to manufacture various component nuts and machine components.



We have established a production system that can satisfy customer needs from trial manufacturing to mass production of precision screw components and special components. This is done by making use of cold forging technology and machining technology using machining centers. We are highly evaluated by our customers. Our precision screw components and special components are widely used for automobile engines, hydraulic pressure components, safety devices, and vehicle bodies. We want to take on the challenge of further advancing this production so that we can make use of all kinds of production methods to produce all kinds of parts. We also aim to manufacture precision screws that are used for medical equipment, nursing robots, and industrial robots.
