NANOX Co., Ltd.

We bring nanobubble generating units to the fisheries, food, and manufacturing industries.

Our company was formed as a spinoff of the Ramond Business Unit of Malufukusuisan Co., Ltd., a fisheries wholesaler operating at the Kitakyushu City fish market. We make use of Malufukusuisan’s patents regarding the Ramond Nano Mixer static fluid mixing unit to develop, manufacture, and sell nanotechnology equipment. The superior performance of our mixing units can generate nanobubbles with exceptional efficiency and precision. Our chief product is the Ramond Nano Mixer. It circulates a target fluid under pressure through honeycomb structures to generate extremely fine mixtures and solutions. This architecture sets it apart from competing units. We are steadily building up a track record of deliveries of these units to fields including the fisheries, food, and manufacturing industries.

Sales Pitch

Industrial application for Ultra Fine Bubbles (UFB)
Maintenance of freshness in fishery products and fresh fish
Nitrogen UFB is used to suppress the oxidation of fresh fish and the propagation of microbes, thereby keeping such products fresh for longer.

The product can be introduced in all scenarios, ranging from fisherpersons at source (upstream of distribution) to fishery products retailers and restaurants (downstream distribution).
Fishery and land culture
In 2016, Marufukusuisan Co., Ltd. launched its land culture of abalone using oxygen UFB.

Fish are relieved of some of the stress of breathing, which increases feeding efficiency, and this in turn promotes growth. Moreover, the disinfection effect of UFB prevents illness, resulting in a decline in their mortality rate.
Agricultural applications
The effect of oxygen UFB on growth has lately been observed in hydroponic culture, outdoor culture, greenhouse culture, and other operations.

Oxygen UFB absorbed through the root has been observed to increase nutrient absorptivity, thus accelerating growth while improving quality.

Other presentation

[Company strength]
Our chief product is the Ramond Nano Mixer. It circulates a target fluid under pressure through honeycomb structures, which makes it possible to mix and disperse the fluid at the nanometer level. In gas-liquid mixing the unit can generate gas-filled nanobubbles and highly concentrated solutions from air, oxygen, nitrogen, sodium carbonate, hydrogen, and other gases. The Ramond Nano Mixer generates six to eight billion nanobubbles per milliliter of purified water in 50-times dilution assays with the NanoSight analyzer.

[Business description]
Our company was formed as a spinoff of the Ramond Business Unit of Malufukusuisan Co., Ltd., a fisheries wholesaler operating at the Kitakyushu City fish market. We hold an exclusive license to utilize Malufukusuisan’s patents regarding the Ramond Nano Mixer static fluid mixing unit, and we develop, manufacture, and sell nanotechnology equipment. There has been a rapid rise in interest in nanobubble development and applications in recent years. The superior performance of our mixing units can generate nanobubbles with exceptional efficiency and precision. Applications of nano mixing units are spreading to fields including the fisheries, food, and manufacturing industries, and deliveries are also growing.

[Industry]
Nanotechnology product manufacturing and sales

[Representative's message]
Our company alone does not have the resources to encompass all the many fields of application for nano-mixing technology and nanobubble generation technology. This is why we intend to make use of J-GoodTech’s business matching services to expand markets for our products. We hope to find partners to develop application methodologies optimized for different fields and to create full-spec units that incorporate our products.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company operates with a small workforce, so our policy is to concentrate on developing core components for better functionality and improved convenience. We leave the creation of finished units, application development, and performance evaluations to specialized firms in each of these fields. It is also our policy to use patent licenses in conjunction with joint development projects. We are expanding our sales network and building our business throughout Japan by strengthening our foundation of sales representatives.
