[Company strength]
Our company manufactures mostly auto parts such as mufflers, air filters, oil filters, radiator grills, and speaker covers. We also focus on construction interior and exterior materials for ceilings, sound absorbing wall panels, balconies, stair screen panels, and signboards. We use various materials. These include ordinary steel, special steels, surface-treated steel plates, colored steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, galvanized iron plates, vinyl chloride, and synthetic resin such as plastics.

Our line of business is punched metal mesh manufacturing. Our main punching methods and full-surface punching and winding, full surface, Tobinuki punching and winding, Tobinuki punching and cutting, and so on. Our main equipment includes a 200-ton high-speed punching press, 50-ton Type C punching presses, and 60-ton NC high-speed punching presses (straightener roll widths are 2,700 mm and 1,000 mm).

Our company has been in the punched metal field for quite a long time, but we have recently been seeing an increased demand in a wide range of advanced industries. Our company possesses extensive know-how from our many years of experience since our establishment. We can punch out hard and cold metals, and create functional and aesthetically nuanced products by making the most of our know-how and past experience. We also have an established system for satisfying various customer needs. We want to offer these merits while receiving the cooperation and support of our customers.
